There are two options available to members:

• Forest Hills offers free swim classes taught by its Lifeguards.  Typically, they will take place between Monday June 19^th and Friday July 15^th and run Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm, except on July 4th or when there is a swim meet. Each are half an hour long and can accommodate 4 swimmers per lesson. These lessons are geared towards children learning how to swim and improve on basic techniques such as floating, kicking, front and back stroke. The lessons are available for MEMBERS ONLY and are limited to three lessons a week per child.  They are available on a first come, first served basis, and managed through the following website: <COMING SOON>
