To apply for membership to FHSC, please click the "New Membership Start HERE!" button below to complete an application and submit a non-refundable one-time application fee of $100.
Please note that we currently have a lengthy waitlist (over three years). Applying is a one-time activity that will secure your spot. Notification of receipt of your application fee is confirmation that we have received your application.
If you received a notification that your payment failed, please contact the Membership Director. Failure to finalize payment within 30 days will result in your application being denied.
When your family comes to the top of waitlist, your application will be reviewed by the Membership Director for approval. Upon an offer of membership (sent by email), you will have seven (7) days to accept and pay the following fees:
